Art Journaling FAQ

I know that art journaling may be a new concept for some of you, and I’m here to help clarify it. If you have any questions that aren’t covered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • What is art journaling?
Art journaling is a fun and creative way to release your thoughts, feelings, and daily adventures using paint, scribbles, and any art supplies you love. It's not about being perfect but about the freedom to express yourself creatively. For more information, visit Wildly Creative Wellness on Facebook and Instagram or contact us via email at hello@mynaturalreflections.com.
  • What should I bring to in-person art journaling workshops?
An open mind! (And maybe a friend.) For in-person art journaling workshops, we provide all the materials you need. However, if you have something you love to work with, feel free to bring it along! We welcome all sorts of creative expression here. For more information, visit Wildly Creative Wellness on Facebook and Instagram or contact us via email at hello@mynaturalreflections.com.
  • Do I need to have special (read, "expensive") materials for your online events?
Absolutely not! My Art Journaling events are all designed to be as accessible as possible. A pen or pencil and paper is plenty! You can grab anything you have on hand, like crayons or markers, but since shopping for art supplies can be fun, check out this article that goes into more detail. For more information, visit Wildly Creative Wellness on Facebook and Instagram or contact us via email at hello@mynaturalreflections.com.
  • Do I have to share my art or feelings during workshops?
Not at all! You only share if you feel called to. We are passionate about creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves and filling their cups in a way that resonates with them. For more information, visit Wildly Creative Wellness on Facebook and Instagram or contact us via email at hello@mynaturalreflections.com.
