Chill Out Art Journaling Party at RecRoom!

Join us back at RecRoom on Friday, February 13 at 6:00pm for a lovely evening dedicated to slowing down, releasing stress, and reconnecting with yourself through creativity.

This 90-minute guided art journaling workshop is a deeper, more immersive experience than our daytime art break. You’ll be guided through a series of therapeutic, intuitive art-making prompts that create a sense of curiosity and wonder, as we quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for reflection and self-expression. No art experience is needed at all! This is about the process, not the outcome.

All materials will be provided, and you’re invited to come exactly as you are. Get ready for a cozy, supportive atmosphere where you can unplug, play with art supplies, and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.
