About the event
I'm excited to offer a free art break with us at RecRoom for members on Thursday, February 12!
From 11:30am - 1:30pm, I will be the resident proponent of stress release through doodling! I'll be bringing all sorts of fun art supplies, and will guide you through intuitive art-making as a self-care practice. Studies have shown that even just 15 minutes of art-making can lower cortisol levels, leaving you feeling freer, happier, and more ready to take on the world.
I'm so confident that you’re going to love it, that I'm offered to introduce this practice of art journaling and therapeutic art for free with your RecRoom membership!
