Your W.I.L.D. Sanctuary is a 4-month one-on-one therapeutic art program for women who are tired of carrying so much. Together, we create a calm, creative ritual that helps you process stress, release pressure, and reconnect with the self you’ve been missing.


This isn’t about being artistic.
It’s about being allowed to breathe.

This is where you’re held.
This is where you and your mental health matter.

Four monthly themes based on my W.I.L.D. Framework guide this nervous-system calming transformation:

Month 1 - Wonder

Reconnect with yourself.

 

You’ll soothe the overwhelm and let curiosity replace pressure, practicing being with your own emotions as you arrive softly in the present moment. You finally begin filling your own cup again.

Month 2 - Inspiration

Let your inner world speak.

 

You’ll express emotions through color and movement, giving your experiences shape and space while building trust in your own voice. You begin noticing what wants attention, and your creativity becomes your release.

Month 3 - Liberation

Release the pressure.

You’ll release perfectionism and self-judgment, exploring freedom through bold marks and choices as you process and let go with support. You reclaim energy that was stuck, and your nervous system finally exhales.

Month 4 - Discovery

Embrace your true self.

You’ll integrate new grounding rituals into your life and reflect on what’s changed inside you, expanding joy, confidence, and creative trust. You move into your future steadier and clearer. You feel like you again, and you believe in her completely.
